Positive Reinforcement: We redirect behaviors using positive methods, not punishment.
Gentle Reminders: Our staff will guide your child back to the task and praise correct behaviors.
Quiet Time: If disruptions continue, your child may have a calm individual activity time with the group to refocus. This isn’t a punishment but a way to help regulate emotions.

Staff members are not able to administer any medication, whether it’s over the counter or prescription. Here are your options below.
Self-Arrangement: If medication is needed during daycare hours, you must arrange to give it yourself or find someone to do so.
First Aid: We provide first aid and topical antibacterial ointment, but not medication.
Planning: Ensure your child’s medical needs are met by planning for medication administration when required.

In the event of an emergency at our daycare, the safety and wellbeing of the children is our top priority.
Trained Staff: Our team is trained to address emergencies effectively.
Immediate Actions: Depending on the emergency, we’ll either evacuate to a safe area or shelter in place.
Parental Communication: We’ll promptly inform parents about the situation through phone, email or text.
Backup Contacts: If parents are unreachable, we’ll contact other authorized individuals.
